Refund policy
Due to the nature of the type of products sold at PS Luxury Beauty Bar, for sanitary reasons, there are NO refunds or exchanges. It is quite unlikely that you may receive the wrong item, Or item with manufacturing defect however if you do, we will gladly replace it. We WILL NOT replace any product that has been tampered with.
If items arrive damaged, please contact USPS regarding the matter.
Under certain circumstances, you may send us an email with photos of damaged items, under PS Luxury Beauty Bars discretion, we will issue a store credit ONLY.
We ONLY offer refunds if you happened to be mailed the wrong product by mistake on our behalf. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you can keep the products and receive a full refund. We are not responsible if you add wrong items to your cart please Triple check before checking out.

Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days (This does not include Saturday and Sunday or any of the 10 Federal Holidays) for items to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, PS Luxury Beauty Bar is NO LONGER responsible for the order any issues or concerns regarding the shipment you must contact The U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession and not with The Beauty Bar You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.
If a shipment is showing as “DELIVERED" when looked up with your Order number and your tracking number, and you did not receive your package you will need to contact your post office regarding the matter. Due to it being a delivery issue on their part. We are not responsible for any delivery issues.
Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdelivered packages to the wrong address) all of these issues and concerns MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
